The apparel sold by Even the Odd Co. is made of high quality materials, crafted and printed in Canada. Each and every garment goes through intense scrutiny to ensure there are no rips/tears and or misprints, so that you always get a product you're proud to wear.

That said, it is understood that minor errors may slip past our inspectoBOT's perception googles on occasion, and make their way into your hands. If that is the case, please let us know so we can give it a good smack to re-calibrate. Technology... amirite?

Whether you receive your package in the mail or in person, please let us know using the Contact page if there is an issue with the print quality or the garment stitching within 7 days of purchase. In your email, include your order number/original receipt or packing slip, plus a picture of the problem area if at all possible. It will help ETOC ensure that it does not happen again!

Please note: Items must be unused and unwashed. Unfortunately, ETOC can't be responsible for a renegade washer/dryer out for vengeance, or if you happen to wear it while practicing your fire breathing axe juggling hobby...

Even the Odd Co. will do everything feasible to fix the situation for you, or provide a credit/refund if required.


FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions:

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

The order processing time varies depending on what items are included in the order. Shirts are made-to-order, so generally your order will be printed within 1-2 days. If there are any custom jobs or personalizations required, please allow up to 3 days for the order to be created. If it will take longer than this for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and provide an estimated delay time.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out on Tuesdays and Fridays, usually in the morning. You may not get notification that your order has shipped until that evening or even the next day though, because it's currently a manual process.

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Even the Odd Co. is able to ship worldwide to most countries, although we mainly operate within Canada and the United States of America. If you live outside of North America and are interested in buying from ETOC, we should be able to cover you still... although it will be a little pricier unfortunately.

Please be aware that customs fees may be applied to international orders (outside of Canada) and are completely out of ETOC's control. They are rare on low costing items, but are applied at the sole discretion of your countries government officials.

At this time, ETOC will not ship to Asia or Africa due to a heightened risk of fraudulent orders.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU USE?

In Canada, most orders will be shipped via Canada Post using their standard economy shipping method. Larger orders may be shipped from the United States via USPS because it costs less to drive mail across the boarder and ship it internationally than to just ship normally within Canada...

In the United States and the rest of the world, shipping will use USPS First-Class® mail. 

If tracking numbers are available, they will be sent in a follow up email once the order has been shipped.

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM PRODUCT?

All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns/refunds, unless they are damaged already at the time of reception.  The Even the Odd Co. quality guarantee applies to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship, but does not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs. Once the final design is approved, that's it! Requests for changes or additional customization/alterations can not be made for custom products.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING SMALLER/LARGER?

Even the Odd Co. makes every effort to provide garment measurements for each available size when possible. If you need to exchange for a different size, you may exchange for another garment with the same design at no additional cost.* However, the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges.

MY SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK/NOT OFFERED

If a garment is out of stock, it's normally just a matter of time before it comes back online. In the meantime, send us a message via the contact page to let us know you're waiting. There is a chance that stock could be shifted from another item of the same size/colour to make it available sooner!  

If your size is not offered at all for the design you want, please use the contact page to request it! If it's possible for us to get it in, we'll get it for you on the next stock refill. For basic items, we can usually get any size between XS and 3XL.*


* 2XL and larger may incur additional charges.
